One of our valued customers called the bookings team at Jim’s Plumbing this morning as they had noticed that when they would have a shower the temperature didn’t seem to be very hot and needed adjustment. Our team was able to organise for a plumber to attend that day – around a time frame that suited them best.
Once the plumber had arrived on site the customer was able to discuss what issues they had been experiencing and the plumber was able to go ahead with adjusting the temperature for them. The plumber explained that it can be dangerous for anyone unqualified to attempt to adjust the temperature on this unit themselves as there are electrical components in the way so it could be hazardous.
Whilst the plumber was on site the customer advised that as it was a very old Vulcan Electric 1998 model they wished to have it serviced. The plumber went ahead and did a service on the unit straight away, which the customer was very happy about. The customer also advised that there was a few taps around the house that had been very stiff recently that may need changing so once the plumber had completed the service he was able to go around the house and check the washers to see if they needing changing over.
All of our fully qualified plumbers are also qualified gas fitters as well. This means more variety in what jobs they are able to complete and makes things a lot easier for our customers, especially if they have a gas hot water system that has a problem.
The customer was able to pay with ease – all of our vans are equipped with mobile EFTPOS facilities, we also accept cash and cheque payments as well.
As part of our service, the customer received a phone call from one of our dedicated customer service members to ensure that they were 100% satisfied with the work that was carried out that day. We are always looking at ways that we can improve our services and love to hear back from our customers.
