Rinnai Infinity 26 Gas Continuous Flow Service
A new customer contacted the offices at Jim’s Plumbing today as they had recently had a new Rinnai Infinity 26 Continuous Flow hot water system installed by another company and advised they wanted the maximum temperature to be adjusted.
They advised when they had the unit installed by another plumber it was just set to factory temperature settings and they found that their showers weren’t as hot as they usually like them. They read a few reviews online and found that the temperature can be adjusted by a fully qualified plumber so they decided to give Jim’s Plumbing a call.
Our dedicated bookings team were able to organise a time that afternoon with the customer when it was suitable for her. We were able to send job details out to notify the plumber with his onboard computer system.
The plumber arrived on time that afternoon for the customer and was able to take a look at the unit straight away. He was able to discuss the temperature changes with her before going ahead with the work.
The plumber was able to efficiently complete the work – and even checked over the unit while he was there just to make sure everything was working up to standard. The customer was also able to chat to him about organising when they should service the unit next and the plumber was able to place one of our stickers on the system itself so that if there were any future issues or if the system needed a service – our details would be easy to find.
Once the job was complete, our friendly customer service team were able to get in contact with the customer just to make sure they were 100% satisfied with the work that was done.
