Your Rheem Electrical 250 Model 111250 Expert
A long standing customer of Jim’s Plumbing called up through to our bookings centre on 1300 068 480 for their hot water system that was allegedly running out. The staff booked in suitable time for one of our plumbers to attend at their property during the week. The plumber attended on time in a fully stocked van with the intention of diagnosing the problem and fixing the job up on the spot as they always do.
Our great customer service coupled with professionalism and quick work are some of the reasons most of our customers are repeat. Since all our work is fully guaranteed, we are rarely called back for the same issue as the plumbers are trained to do a job once and to do that job well.
The hot water unit we were requested to attend at this particular property was a Rheem Electrical Storage unit with a 250 litre capacity. Our customers had had this unit install back in 2001 and it was definitely past its shelf life. Most Rheem units have a manufacturer warranty of up to 7 years, therefore, our customers were pleased with the quote provided by our plumber to replace the unit.
The attending plumber was able to procure a brand new hot water unit of the same model on the same day and start installation straightaway. While carrying out installation he was also able to provide some advice and chat to the customer about using the unit to its best capacity and all its features. This unit not only has a long shelf life, but it is also specifically designed to save money by providing on- and off-energy rates while providing instant hot water to several taps at the same time in the one household. Besides that, the system also comes with extra safety whereby a maximum temperature can be set for delivery. This is usually set at 50°C and is therefore perfect for families, saving parents from another safety concern.
Our plumber provided our customer with the option of an interest free payment plan** but our customers preferred to pay on the spot. This was easily achieved as all our plumbers have an EFTPOS machine on board. The plumber also provided our customer with a copy of the receipt and warranty. To put the cherry on top of the cake, our plumber was able to have the hot water unit up and running on the same day. This is because besides being a fully qualified plumber, he was also a holder of a restricted B electrical license which enabled him to install the necessary wiring to the electrical powerpoint. Needless to say, our customers would be remaining loyal to Jim’s Plumbing for a long time.
