The staff booked in a suitable time for one of our plumbers to attend their property during the week. The attending plumber was able to procure a brand new hot water unit of the same model on the same day and start installation straightaway. While carrying out installation he was also able to provide some advice and chat to the customer about using the unit to its best capacity and all its features.
