A new customer called the offices at Jim’s Plumbing today as their 12 year old hot water system had split and stopped working suddenly. The customer was very upset as she had called several plumbing companies and couldn’t find anyone that would be available to come out and help her for at least 4 days.

We were able to send one of our experienced hot water specialists to the customer within an hour of her phone call as she had requested that she would like a quote to replace the unit.
The customer advised us only she occupies the home, so she would like a similar unit to the original as she had no issues with it for such a long time. She opted to get the new version of this unit – the Rheem 2 Star Gas 90L. This gas hot water system had a slightly larger capacity to the older one but she was more than happy with this option she does occasionally have friends and family stay.
At Jim’s Plumbing we also offer interest free terms** on our supply & installations of new hot water systems, as we understand these things are often not budgeted for given the circumstances. The customer was happy to go ahead with our interest free option and was very relieved that we were able to do this as she was concerned she was up for thousands of dollars up front.
The plumber was able to go ahead and efficiently remove the old system and install the brand new one in its place. The customer was so relieved at how quick the overall process was, and was happy to know that she could have a hot shower with minimal disruptions to her day.
Upon completion, the plumber tidied up the area and was also able to take away the old unit to dump at the customer’s request.
The customer service team contacted the customer at the end of the job just to ensure that she was 100% satisfied with the plumber. The customer advised she was very thankful to have been referred by a friend and would definitely use our services in the future.
