A customer was referred to Jim’s Plumbing by a friend who had recently used our reliable services. Our new customer called us our office and was promptly greeted with one of our friendly call centre staff who were more than happy to help them.

Our customer was more than happy to advise us that their Rinnai Sunmaster solar hot water system was heating excessively, almost to the point of scalding which we consider to be quite dangerous.
Our customer was quite specific with the attendance time frame for our plumber due to having other commitments, but our plumber was flexible with booking times and we catered to our customer’s availability. We arrived on site within the designated time frame and addressed the situation immediately. Our plumber assessed the solar hot water system and identified that the thermostat life had expired and was now causing the pressure relief valve to leak. The customer was relieved to hear that it was only a matter of replacing certain elements rather than having to replace the entire system. The customer was quite fond of their current system due to its cost effective nature and high performance rate.
Conveniently our plumber attended site with a fully stocked van and was able to replace both the thermostat and pressure relief valve causing the issue on the spot which was time and cost efficient for the customer. On completion of the work, we had various ways of payment including cash, cheque and the convenience of EFTPOS, giving us the ability to provide a temporary receipt on the spot for the customer.
By the end of the working day, our customer was pleased to have the ability to bathe their kids without the thought of being watchful for excessive heating and potential danger.
