Removal of old Wilson Electric hot water system and Installation of Rinnai Infinity 20 gas

Wilson Electric Hot Water System

Having just moved their business into a brand new shop, this customer was disappointed to find there was no hot water. After a quick google search, the customer came across Jim’s Plumbing review sites and decided to give us a call after reading a few of the experiences of past customers. They sent through a web booking on our website and got a call back instantly from one of our call centre operators.

We were able to arrange one of our plumbers to attend around their availability, upon attending our plumber found this Wilson Electric instantaneous hot water system installed. Our plumber was aware straight away that Wilson no longer make this particular unit and have upgraded since to a Super X Electric instantaneous water heater.

We advised the customer of how old this unit was and advised it would save time and money, in the long run, to replace this with a new system instead of continuously having to repair their current one. The person on site gave the boss a call and they agreed this would be the most beneficial solution to the problem.  We gave our customer a quote to supply and install a new Rinnai Infinity 20 gas hot water system as the customer already had natural gas connections on the property.

Our quote included running new gas lines to suit the new Rinnai infinity, the removal and dumping of the old Wilson electric hot water system and the installation of the new gas continuous flow.

This new system delivers up to 24 litres of hot water a minute, meaning this system is ideal for a one to two bathroom home. With a 6.1 star equivalent energy rating which means this unit is highly efficient but with low running costs, as well as low greenhouse gas emissions. This quality Japanese design is compact allowing for installation flexibility, with temperature control for your safety and convenience.

With the added benefit of a 12 year heat exchanger warranty. After our completion the owner of the property was onsite and we were able to run through everything with them, to which they said they were happy with the work done and our prompt service.

There were multiple Payment options offered to the customer such as cash, cheque, credit card, and EFTPOS. The customer opted to pay with a credit card in this instance. And sooner than the customer thought possible they had hot water up and running, with us on our way to the next job.

No Interest Ever!* payment plan options available on hot water heater replacements to help ease any financial stress this burden may cause. If your hot water heater is leaking, or you have no hot water, we can often have a plumber to you within the hour*.
