Problem today, Solved today with Thermann 20 Continuous Flow hot water system.
We were called out today to look at a Thermann 20 Continuous Flow hot water unit which was no longer producing hot water. We were able to send a plumber from Jim’s Plumbing who is local to the area immediately. The plumber attending managed to solve the issue for the customer straight away and the result was another happy satisfied customer for Jim’s Plumbing.
Upon attendance, the plumber had a look at the hot water system immediately and gave the customer a diagnosis. It appeared that the hot water unit whilst still looking good on the outside, was no longer viable and needed to be replaced. The plumber was able to give the customers a price on supply and install right there and then. We were also able to provide the same unit to the customer on the same day.

If your hot water heater is leaking, or you have no hot water, we can often have a plumber to you within the hour*. When installing the unit, our plumbers always take into account the customer’s specific needs and all safety aspects. In this instance, the plumber made sure that there was an insulation plate put in behind the unit to ensure that there was no fire hazard. Besides that, the plumber also installed extra insulation on all the outlet pipes to ensure that the water heated up to the household was still hot on the tap ends.
All of our plumbers are fully qualified and licensed for gas and pipework which meant that the customer was receiving a quick service with no fluffing around. They also hold a restricted class B electrical licence and so were able to complete the job and have the hot water unit running on the same day as installation. The customer did not have to wait for an electrician to install the PowerPoint. The plumber was able to do all that as well as all the necessary electrical wiring.
At the end of the day, we had very happy customers as they did not have to go without hot water for more than 24 hours.
