Bosch TF 250L Instant Replaced with Rinnai B20

Bosch TF 250L Instant Replaced with Rinnai B20

A long-time customer contacted the office at Jim’s Plumbing around midday yesterday as his old Bosch TF 250L hot water system had stopped working. We had attended in the past to complete a service on the unit. We understand that these situations can be stressful, which is why at Jim’s Plumbing we are able to offer a within the hour* service to all of our customers.

The customer service team was able to organise a plumber to be dispatched straight away and he arrived on the property within an hour of the call. Our plumbers are all equipped with on-board computer systems which notify them of job alerts and detailed job information so they can come to your door prepared. The vans all have state of the art GPS tracking and are also fully stocked with basic parts for our customer’s convenience.  All of our plumbers are also fully qualified with years of experience and are employed directly through the company.

Once the customer showed the plumber to the hot water unit he was able to run several tests before determining that the hot water system was unfortunately beyond repair and needed replacing.  The plumber was then able to discuss a long-term solution with the customer by providing him with a fixed quote to supply and install a brand new system.

The customer had a feeling that it may have needed to be replaced soon, and the plumber was then able to speak with him about his hot water usage and ensure that he could recommend the right hot water system that would suit him and his growing family.  The customer decided to go ahead with a new Rinnai B20 unit and was offered our interest free terms* on supply and installation, however, he was happy to go ahead and pay on completion of the job using his Visa card, as all of our vans have mobile EFTPOS facilities.

The plumber was able to go ahead immediately and remove the old system in a time efficient manner before installing the new unit for the customer.  The customer was very happy with how quick the whole process was and the plumber made sure to complete his final checks and tidy up after himself before he left.

As part of our service, the customer received a call from our customer service team once the plumber had left to make sure that the customer was 100% satisfied with our services and whether he had any additional feedback he would like to give, as we are always looking at ways that we can improve our services.  So call Jim’s Plumbing today for any of your plumbing emergencies.
