Bosch Highflow 18e Replacement
One of our plumbers from Jim’s Plumbing attended at a job last week for a hot water system that was no longer working. It was a Bosch Highflow 18e that was no longer working but also unfortunately no longer manufactured.
Our plumber promptly worked out several options for our customer that suited their situation and they finally decided to install a similar model to what they currently had.
The plumber provided an all-inclusive quote to supply and install a new Bosch Highflow 17e hot water unit which was accepted by the customers on the spot. He was then able to obtain a unit on the same day and start working to replace the old with the new there and then. The customers were delighted at such quick service.
The new hot water unit which was supplied is a 6 energy star rated unit suited to the one bathroom unit which is where it was installed. It is also great for our busy customer as the hot water provided by this particular unit is infinite and only gets heated up as used. This means more saving on water and gas bills, yet never running out of hot water!
Further to that, the unit also comes with an indoor temperature controller enabling the customer to set their perfect temperature even without a mixer tap. On top of that, they also have the ability to set a maximal volume flow which means that there is no fear of an overflowing bathtub ever again. Last but not least, the hot water unit comes with a 10 year warranty.*
The customers were really pleased when our qualified plumber fixed their problem with absolutely no hassle in under a day’s worth of work. He also provided them with several tips along the way during installation to ensure that they received the best out of their hot water system.
Our plumber offered an interest free plan as a means of payment but our customers declined to prefer to pay in full on completion. The task was easily accomplished as our plumber had an EFTPOS machine on board and there was not even a surcharge for using a credit card.
To put a cherry on top of our cake, the plumber provided the customer with all the paperwork and compliance certificates when the job was complete and of course, every Jim’s Plumbing job is fully warranted. The customers patted themselves on their backs for calling Jim’s Plumbing to attend as our qualifications mean that no manufacturer warranty was void on top of having workmanship guaranteed.
You too can have access to this excellent service by calling up any time of day or night, 7 days a week. It is indeed reassuring to have such a great company have your back when it comes to plumbing issues.
