AquaMAX Gas Storage Hot Water Replacement Service
It was a bright Monday morning, a perfect day for working outdoors and our local plumber for Jim’s Plumbing to the area was pleased to attend a previously booked job for a hot water system which was no longer working properly. He arrived at the property promptly at 8 am and went straight to fixing up the hot water system. The hot water system which was supplying the property is shown in the pictures below.
It was a great unit for the purposes of the household and they were sorely disappointed when the plumber discovered that the unit was long past its expiration date. He suggested replacing the unit to an upgraded version because the current stainless steel 155 litre tank servicing their household was no longer made. It has been superseded by a better model with slight difference which made the customers very happy so they accepted the quote on the spot.
The new hot water system that the plumber installed was the G390SS Gas Storage unit, also by AquaMAX. It was also a 155 litre tank but able to provide up to 390 litres of hot water in the first hour. Moreover, it also has a 5 star energy rating and a 10 year warranty on top of all that!* Our customers were certainly pleased with those specifications. They were happy that upon replacement the unit would look pretty much the same but better functioning.
The plumber attending was able to secure a new system on the same day and installed the unit on the same day as well at no extra cost to the customers. He also offered them an interest free payment plan with only a 10% deposit to be paid upfront. It was a great deal as it meant that there were no out of pocket expenses for our customers in order to have hot water running again. Once again, the plumber had all paperwork on hand and so there were no delays in getting the job started.

Our plumber completed in what the customers described as €œrecord time€ when they were called the next day for customer feedback. Furthermore, he checked all the lines, both gas and water to make sure that they were up to scratch and replaced any faulty piping such as the rusty line that was attached to the previous hot water system as shown in the picture on the right.
Before completing the job, he also cleaned up around the area where he worked at and took the old unit away to save our customer having to take it to hard rubbish by themselves.
